The Spotsy250 Seafood & Family Celebration brings the greater Fredericksburg region together to celebrate America's 250th birthday in the most delicious way possible. Walk through 250 years of history — one table at a time — as local businesses, schools, and organizations bring the past to life with living snapshots from 1776 to 2026.
